Yes, always. It stays registered in your name at your domain company, and its settings stay in your account. We never register your business's address in our name. To connect it, you add us as a helper on your account, or add two records we give you.

The website is yours to use while you're subscribed, and it becomes fully yours after 12 paid months. Want it sooner? Buy it out any time for the months left at $200 each.

Your web address and your email are never touched. Once the site is yours (12 paid months, or a buyout), we hand you its files with simple steps to host them free on your own Cloudflare Pages account. If you leave sooner without a buyout, the website goes offline when your paid month ends, and we keep it for 60 days in case you come back. Payments already made aren't refunded, and the setup fee is non-refundable.

If a payment doesn't go through, we email you a secure link to update your card the same day, a reminder after 7 days and a final notice after 14 days. If it's still unpaid after 21 days, we take the website offline. Only the website: we never touch your web address, your email or anything else in your settings. We keep your site for 60 days, so paying the balance puts it back online.

Yes. Before anything changes, we save a copy of your email settings (the records that tell the internet where your mail goes). We only add the records for your website, and we check that your email settings are the same afterwards.

Design directions within 3 business days of your finished form, then the full preview within 3 business days of your pick. It goes live once you approve it and your address is connected; address changes usually show within an hour, though some domain companies say up to 48 hours.
